Advance payment is not required for e-mail or phone orders.
An invoice will be sent with your order, and you are asked to
send payment promptly, by check or money order in U.S. funds
payable to Michael Kimber.*

If placing your order by mail, please include full payment
(including shipping charges specified below) when ordering.
Iowa residents please include 6% Iowa state sales tax.

SHIPPING CHARGES (as of spring 2008 - subject to change)
  • within the U.S. (first class/priority mail*):
    $2.00 for first item, plus $0.25 for each additional item up to 12 items.
    On larger orders you will be charged actual shipping cost. An invoice
    reflecting this cost will be mailed either with your order or separately.
    Retailers can receive a discount and reduce shipping cost by ordering
    poly-pads unbagged instead of individually bagged.
    *I will choose parcel post instead of priority mail if this would result
    in significant savings.

  • INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
    You will be notified by e-mail of total amount due,
    including actual cost of shipping.

GOOD NEWS, especially for overseas customers:
I now accept payments through paypal.com. If you use
this payment method, please add 3% of the total
payment due to cover the fee PayPal charges me for
payments received. If you are ordering from outside
the US, please add 1% additional to cover PayPal’s
cross border fee. At some future time I hope to have
PayPal buttons or links. For now, simply go to the
paypal.com website and follow their instructions. You will
be directing your payment to kimbermichael@qwest.net.
